Why Memoria

How we differ
A few services already bolt memory onto LLMs, but most of them are essentially "summarizers that extract facts from a conversation." Memoria is different in four ways.
02 Time and place are first-class
When and where, remembered together
Time and location are baseline fields on every memory. "Tuesday lunch," "near Gangnam Station," "Kyoto last spring" β search the way humans actually recall memories.
03 Memory with a history
The past is never overwritten
Old facts are closed, not erased. You can ask "where was I working in spring 2024?" and get an answer grounded in that past moment.
04 No "remember this" prompts
Deterministic auto-capture
Capture is deterministic, not delegated to the LLM's judgment. Opt-in, and pausable per category or session.
